Glokale stemmer is a festival and a brand new magazine to celebrate the
10-Year Jubilee of TekstLab. TekstLab is an Oslo-based project that works to bring to light new voices, stories and productions in performing arts. The magazine showcase some of the young artists that are part of Tekstlab,
and there are 4 different covers to show the great multitude.
